Wine made with the Garnacha, Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano varieties; importantly, that they are healthy and mature. The fermentation process is carried out at a controlled temperature and, aided by the practice of vigorous pump-overs and several delestrates, to favor its aromatic sensations and marked level of color.
After spending 12 months in American and French oak barrels, racking it every 4/6 months, it has been bottled for the maturation process; where the qualities of the wine are achieved. Its consumption temperature is about 16/18 ºC.
Recommended to accompany game dishes, grilled red meats, bluefish and hearty legume stews.
